New WeightWatchers?
everything is different. old points are no longer the same. I'm so confused. A tiny, tiny bag of popcorn is 4 points. But now fruits and veggies are 0. I guess it forces you to eat more lean protein and more foods with a greater nutritional value. Oh, and for the record I gave up Diet Coke 3 days ago. GO ME :)

skinny minnies
skinny girls who don't need to workout, but like flaunting their hot little bodies around in little spandex shorts need to die. Ughh they make me sick. Like what did you eat today? A crouton?

Day 2, kiss my ass.
Went to the gym today. I felt like a fat kid at fat camp. I was complaining to myself in the car. "You did this to your self Erin!" "But I'm so tired." "Suck it up." "Shut up!" Yes, I have conversations with myself. Get over it. I think it sucked more because I did it after work. Everything is harder after work. Working with kids is demanding. "Ms. Erin, can you tie my shoe?""Ms. Erin can you open this?" "Ms. Erin can you get the ball I kicked over the fence?" I realize I am being a Wendy Whiner, but I am not 100% in this get skinny you chunky monkey mode. I miss food already and this is my second day. I have had the weirdest cravings, Strawberry Poptarts, Nacho Cheese Doritos, Bean and Cheese Burritos with enchilada sauce. Damn it! I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it. BUT.......I did Cardio for 45 minutes (Stairmaster and the elliptical machine). Tonight I'm watching "I used to be fat" on MTV. It's good motivation.

Workout Routine for Hawaii
everyone's new years resolution: to eat healthy and/or lose weight.
the percent of people who successfully do so: less than 10.
gym- 4 days a week or more.
food journal- everyday.
how- Weight Watchers.
weight I want to lose- 15-20 lbs.
size pants I'd like- 3
realistically- a size 5
current size- 9 (yes I know, gross)
cutting back- on carbs and fats (the bad kind).
Starting tomorrow :)
